Sell Official 3D Printed Miniature People Models

Join the Miniature People Certified Partner Program and receive permission to sell physical 3D printed copies of eligible Miniature People models that you have legally purchased or downloaded through www.miniaturepeople.com or another authorized Miniature People sales channel.

The Commercial License costs $10 USD per month.

As long as your Commercial License remains active, you may sell physical 3D printed copies of eligible Miniature People models.

The license does not transfer ownership of the STL files, designs, copyrights, or other intellectual property.

Monthly Commercial License

The Miniature People Commercial License is offered as a $10 monthly subscription.

Your commercial printing rights remain active for as long as your subscription is active and payments remain current.

If your Commercial License is cancelled, expires, or payment is not successfully renewed, your commercial printing rights will end at the conclusion of your current paid license period.

You may renew or reactivate your Commercial License to regain commercial printing rights.

Miniature People Certified Sellers

Active Commercial License holders may have the option to appear on our public Miniature People Certified Sellers directory at:

www.miniaturepeople.com

This directory allows customers looking for professionally printed Miniature People models to find authorized sellers.

Each Certified Seller listing will display:

  • Seller Logo
  • Link to Seller's Store

Participation in the directory is optional.

You may request to be added to or removed from the Certified Sellers directory at any time.

Removing yourself from the public directory does not cancel your Commercial License. You may continue selling authorized physical prints for as long as your license remains active.

What the Commercial License Allows

While your Commercial License is active, you may:

  • Sell physical 3D printed copies of eligible Miniature People models.
  • Sell printed models in different scales.
  • Sell models printed in resin or filament.
  • Sell prints either painted or unpainted.
  • Perform normal print preparation and post-processing.
  • Sell through your own website.
  • Sell through marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, or similar platforms.
  • Sell physical prints at conventions, hobby shows, gaming events, stores, and other physical retail locations.
  • Identify yourself as an authorized Miniature People Certified Seller while your license remains active.

Only physical 3D printed products may be sold under this license.

License Restrictions

Digital Files May Never Be Sold or Shared

You may not sell, redistribute, share, transfer, upload, exchange, or give away Miniature People STL files or other digital files.

This includes both original files and files that you have modified.

You may not:

  • Sell the original STL files.
  • Sell modified versions of the STL files.
  • Upload the files to another marketplace.
  • Share the files through cloud storage or file-sharing services.
  • Include the files in another digital bundle.
  • Distribute the files through Patreon, Kickstarter, Discord, Telegram, forums, memberships, subscriptions, or similar services.
  • Give the files to customers purchasing your physical prints.
  • Convert Miniature People models into another digital format for redistribution or resale.

Purchasing a Commercial License gives you permission to sell physical prints only.

It does not give you permission to sell or distribute digital versions of Miniature People products.

Modified Models

You may make reasonable modifications necessary for producing your physical prints, including scaling, supporting, repairing, or preparing models for your printer.

Minor customization of physical prints is permitted.

However, modified digital files remain subject to Miniature People's intellectual property rights and may not be sold, shared, redistributed, or uploaded.

Creating a modified version of a Miniature People model does not transfer ownership of the underlying design to you.

Mass Production

The Commercial License is intended for businesses producing Miniature People models using 3D printing.

Traditional mass-production methods are not permitted without separate written authorization from Miniature People.

This includes production using:

  • Injection molding
  • Metal casting
  • Resin casting from production molds
  • Silicone mold reproduction
  • Industrial molding processes
  • Other manufacturing processes intended to reproduce the model without individually 3D printing it

You may sell 3D printed physical copies. You may not create molds from our models for mass production unless you receive separate written permission from Miniature People.

Eligible Models

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Commercial License applies to eligible Miniature People models that you have legally obtained.

Miniature People reserves the right to release certain products that are excluded from the standard Commercial License.

Any such exclusion will be clearly stated on the applicable product page or license information before purchase.

Third-party collaborations, licensed intellectual property, promotional models, limited releases, or specially licensed products may have different commercial-use restrictions.

Your Business

Commercial License holders operate as independent businesses.

Miniature People does not control your:

  • Prices
  • Shipping costs
  • Production times
  • Print quality
  • Customer service
  • Returns
  • Packaging
  • Taxes
  • Marketplace policies
  • Delivery methods
  • Business practices

Miniature People is not responsible for transactions, disputes, deliveries, product quality, refunds, damages, losses, or other issues arising between a Certified Seller and their customers.

Participation in the Certified Partner Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency relationship, or legal representation arrangement between the seller and Miniature People.

Branding

While your Commercial License is active, you may state that you are a:

Miniature People Certified Seller

or

Miniature People Certified Partner

You may also use an official Miniature People Certified Partner badge provided by Miniature People, subject to our branding guidelines.

The badge may only be used while your Commercial License is active.

You may not modify the badge in a way that misrepresents your relationship with Miniature People or suggests that Miniature People owns, operates, endorses, or guarantees your individual business.

When your Commercial License expires, is cancelled, or is revoked, you must stop representing yourself as a Miniature People Certified Seller or Certified Partner and stop using the certification badge.

License Violations

Violation of these Commercial License terms may result in immediate revocation of your license.

Examples include:

  • Selling or sharing Miniature People STL files.
  • Selling modified Miniature People digital files.
  • Uploading Miniature People files to file-sharing websites.
  • Allowing unauthorized persons to access the files.
  • Continuing to sell physical prints after your Commercial License ends.
  • Using Miniature People models for unauthorized mass production.
  • Misrepresenting your business as being owned or operated by Miniature People.
  • Using excluded models commercially.
  • Violating Miniature People's intellectual property rights.

If your license is revoked because of a violation, you must immediately stop selling physical products produced from Miniature People files and stop using Miniature People Certified Partner branding.

License fees may be non-refundable when a license is revoked because of a violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights, designs, STL files, trademarks, logos, artwork, renders, branding, and other intellectual property remain the property of Miniature People and/or their respective rights holders.

The Commercial License provides limited permission to manufacture and sell eligible physical 3D printed products.

It does not transfer copyright or ownership of Miniature People designs to the license holder.

All rights not expressly granted under this license remain reserved.

Acceptance of the Commercial License

By purchasing a Miniature People Commercial License, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Your right to sell physical prints exists only while your Commercial License remains active and while you remain in compliance with these terms.
